Rear ranks of Schwyz

The rear ranks of Schwyz. I have decided to leave Schaffhausen out.
I went with a strong showing of canton colours and armour for the front ranks but am aiming for a bit less of both in the rear ranks.

    1. Thanks Phil. Picking colours is a real headache!

  3. I really enjoy your attention to details, like for instance the fact that you've scaled the wood color of the pikes on the unit, to prevent the stereotype ranked and file feeling. Love them!

    1. Thankyou Soren, well spotted on the rank and file issue, its been my aim to not have these Swiss resemble a Guards regiment on parade, which is easily done when forming a unit like this.

  4. Happy to see your trudging on and making progress. My friend was over the other day and it was because of you I am talking giving Swiss a go. But I might go a bit later towards French Wars of Religion. Keep it up!

    Cheers

    1. Thank you kindly Kevin, nice to know these Swiss are having an influence somewhere. I don't know much about the French wars of religion, but I have always found a pikebloc that's taken some planning and time to paint the most satisfying when completed!
