Perry Swiss. The jolly boyz of Uri and Basel.

Here's the Uri and Basel contribution to the front ranks. I have added a few foundry Swiss into the mix. I decided to put the foundry Uri captain up front as I really like this figure and is full of character(as most foundry mini's are) and think he stands out better at the front. Just six pike armed thugs from Unterwalden to paint and that's the front bases done.

  1. Nice figures Chris. They look very convincing as Swiss and the Dave Andrew's Foundry figures match in well. I like the longer bases, to protect the pikes on the table, will do that too. Am just planning out a Swiss pike bloc to start in new year, although I'm planning starting mine with the rear ranks!

    1. I will certainly look forward to seeing your Swiss pike bloc underway and the way you go about it , I have changed my original plan a few times. These pike blocs sure are complicated.

    2. Agree with the apparent complexity of pike blocs- I've planned out basing etc many times, to try and get the overall look I want - we'll see how it goes when I get to it.
